Zena is a product of Fictoralabs — a Dubai-based AI Automation & Marketing Agency on a mission to give every SME in the region access to enterprise-grade WhatsApp tools.

The Problem We Solved

Why We Built Zena

WhatsApp has a 98% open rate in the GCC. Every business uses it. But when UAE SMEs looked for tools to scale their WhatsApp operations, they found two options: expensive global platforms built for Western markets, or cheap tools with no Arabic support.

Neither option worked. Global tools like Wati and Respond.io are priced in USD, built without Arabic-first thinking, and charge a 20% markup on every WhatsApp message. Local tools lacked the intelligence and reliability that growing businesses need.

So we built Zena. A WhatsApp Business platform that's bilingual by default, billed in AED, and powered by AI that actually understands the GCC market.
