Facebook & WhatsApp Data

Zena integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business API. This section explains how we handle data obtained through this integration.

WhatsApp Business API

Zena connects to the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API on behalf of tenant businesses. Through this integration we process:

  • Incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages on behalf of connected businesses
  • Customer phone numbers (WhatsApp IDs) and display names
  • Message content for AI-generated responses and conversation history
  • WhatsApp Business Account credentials (AES-256 encrypted and stored securely)

Meta Platform Policy Compliance

Our use of Meta APIs complies with the Meta Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy. We do not use WhatsApp message data to serve advertisements or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to facilitate site functionality, improve user experience, and gather anonymized analytics. You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, although this may impact site usability.

How We Share Your Information

We may share your data with:

  • Meta Platforms: Message data is transmitted to and from Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API as part of the service

You have the right to request permanent deletion of all personal data Fictora Labs holds about you — at any time and at no cost.

Children's Privacy
