Outbound Webhooks
Configure outbound webhooks to push real-time data to any endpoint when specific events occur in Zena. Five webhook events are available: lead captured, message received, conversation created, conversation resolved, and new contact created. All webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 for verified delivery. Available on Business plans.
Inbound Webhooks
Trigger actions in Zena from any external system via inbound webhooks. Fire a broadcast campaign when a booking is confirmed. Start a chatflow when a payment is processed. Update a lead status when an opportunity moves in your CRM. Any system that can make an HTTP POST request can trigger actions in Zena. Available on Growth and Business plans.
Google Sheets Integration
