Zena is a product of Fictoralabs, a Dubai-based AI Automation & Marketing Agency on a mission to give every SME in the region access to enterprise-grade WhatsApp tools.

The Problem We Solved

Why We Built Zena

WhatsApp is how the GCC does business. Every customer is already on it. But when UAE SMEs looked for tools to run a real operation on top of it, they found two options: expensive global platforms built for Western markets, or cheap tools with no native Arabic support.

Neither option worked. Global tools like Wati and Respond.io are priced in USD, built without Arabic-first thinking, and charge a 20% markup on every WhatsApp message. Local tools lacked the intelligence and reliability that growing businesses need.

So we built Zena. A WhatsApp Business platform that's multilingual by default, billed in AED, and powered by AI that actually understands the GCC market.

He built Zena to solve a real problem he observed firsthand: UAE businesses struggling with WhatsApp tools that weren't built for their language, culture, or billing currency. Zena is his answer: a product built from Dubai, for the GCC.
