Yes. Commission applies to Starter, Growth, and Business subscriptions at your active tier rate.
Do I earn commission on upgrades?
Yes. If a referred client upgrades, your commission adjusts from the month the higher subscription is collected.
What happens if a client downgrades or cancels?
Commission follows the active collected subscription value. If the client cancels, commission stops from the cancellation month.
Can I refer clients outside the UAE?
Yes. Zena serves businesses across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
Do I need to support the client?
No. Fictora Labs handles onboarding, billing, and product support. Partners introduce qualified clients.
Can agencies charge their own service fees?
Yes. Agencies can charge their own consulting, setup, or management fees separately. Zena pricing remains as published, and partner commission is calculated only on the Zena subscription.
