For Ninas Trade Links, the daily update process already had a working source of truth: Google Sheets. Prices could be changed there, reviewed there, and managed by the team without introducing a new tool.
The problem was the send process. Once the sheet was updated, the team still had to prepare a customer-ready document, choose the right recipients, send it through WhatsApp, track replies, and make sure the owner knew whether the daily update went out.
